01 — The job

Nobody calls us on a normal day.

The basement flooded. The tenant left everything behind. The roof can't wait. The house has to be empty by the 30th.

Nobody wakes up excited to rent a dumpster. By the time you're looking for one, you usually have a deadline and a mess that's been there for years.

So we keep our end simple: a straight price up front, a time window you can plan around, and equipment that shows up clean. You fill it or we fill it. Then it's gone, and you've got your space back.

That's what we're really selling. A clean slate.

03 — Why call us

Four things you can hold us to.

If we miss one, call us on it. You have the number.

Work order Every job
  1. We show up when we said.

You get a morning or afternoon window, and we stick to it. If something goes sideways on the road, you'll get a text before you have to ask.

  2. The price we quote is the price you pay.

A flat rate by size, with 7 days and 2 tons included. If a load runs heavy, it's $60 a ton and you see the scale ticket.

  3. We leave it how we found it.

Boards under the wheels on every drop, and the spot swept before we pull out.

  4. Your junk doesn't just get dumped.

We pull out scrap metal, donate what's still usable when we can, and take the rest to a licensed transfer station.

04 — Before every drop

The boring part is the job.

A trailer that breaks down in your driveway becomes your problem too. So it gets the same walk-around before it rolls, every time.

  • Tires and lug nutsPressure checked, nothing loose.
  • Lights and brakesHooked up and working before we pull out.
  • Coupler pinned, chains crossedThe trailer stays with the truck.
  • Tarp and doorsRolls free, cranks shut, latches tight.
  • Box swept outYou shouldn't have to look at the last job's drywall.
  • Boards on the truckYour driveway gets them whether you ask or not.
